Jeff and Andrea Williams were approved as missionaries to Russia in September 1996. Jeff and Andrea changed fields to Canada in September 2010.
Jeff (1995) and Andrea (1994) graduated from the missions course at Baptist Bible College, Springfield, MO. They served their internship at Temple Baptist Church, Springdale, AR.
