Bill and Kay Amberg
Bill and Kay Amberg were approved as Baptist Bible Fellowship missionaries in May 1973. They served in Jamaica for one year. Due to permit issues, they worked in Puerto Rico from 1976 to 1982. In 1982, they were allowed to return to Jamaica.
Bill graduated from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK in 1957. He graduated from the missions course of Baptist Bible College, Springfield, MO in 1971. Kay is a 1973 graduate of the missions course at Baptist Bible College also. The Ambergs served their internship at the Parkhill Baptist Church in Pueblo, CO where Bill was ordained in 1972. The Ambergs retired in January 2013.
