Bill and Vicki Hoving
Bill and Vicki Hoving were approved as missionaries to Wales in September 1994. Bill attended both Baptist Bible College, Springfield, MO and Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College, San Dimas, CA. He graduated in 1992. Vicki graduated from Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College in 1980. The Hovings served their internship as pastor of Bible Baptist Church in Crane, MO where Bill was also ordained. He also pastored the Community Fellowship Baptist Church in Watseka, IL. The Hovings changed fields from Wales to Puerto Rico in February 2006. In February 2014, the Hovings changed fields from Puerto Rico to England where they served until retiring on September 1, 2021.
