Bob Stamper
Bob and Betty Stamper were approved as missionaries to Ethiopia in February 1973. After the Communist takeover, the Stampers were forced to leave the country and resigned in 1977. They were reinstated as missionaries to Kenya in 1978. The Stampers retired in September 2013.
