Elmo and Kat Compton
Elmo and Kat Compton were initially approved as TEAM missionaries to Peru in September 2011 and then approved as career missionaries to Peru in September 2015. The Comptons changed their field from Peru to Mexico in May 2022 and now serve in Tijuana, Mexico.
Both are graduates of Louisiana Baptist University with degrees in missions. Elmo also holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Liberty University, an MBA from Western Governors University, and an MDiv in Global Studies from Liberty University. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Columbia International University.
The Comptons served their internship at First Baptist Church in Caldwell, NJ under the direction of their sending pastor, David Bulka.
