Erwin and Amy Santoso
Erwin and Amy Santoso were approved as missionaries to New Zealand in September 2004. Erwin graduated in 2000 from the pastoral course at Baptist Bible College, Springfield, MO. Amy graduated in 1998 from the office administration course at Maranatha Baptist Bible College, Waterton, WI. They served their internship at Winter Haven Baptist Church, Winter Haven, FL. Erwin was ordained in January 2002.
In February 2008, they moved to Auckland, New Zealand. They immediately began working with BBFI missionaries John and Janet Young who led Erwin to Christ in 1995. In April 2010, Erwin and Amy established International Baptist Church Central in Auckland City with 16 individuals who attended a Bible study group. Since 2010, the ministries of IBC Central have grown to over 100 in regular attendance with 22 nationalities represented. Currently, IBC Central has three Bible study groups and a Bible College Class every week. Erwin and Amy are praying that God will call some of His people at IBC Central to establish churches around the country and the world.
