Mona Bowles
Don and Mona Bowles were approved as missionaries to Korea in 1970, where they served until their resignation in 1977. In May 1987, they were reinstated as missionaries to Zaire where they served until political unrest forced them to leave the country. Don and Mona began ministering in Zambia in the early 90s.
Don graduated in 1963 from Baptist Bible College, Springfield, MO. Mona completed the concentrated missions course at BBC in 1970. Their youngest son, Dan, and his family are also BBF missionaries to Zambia.
Don Bowles went home to be with the Lord in November 2015.
