Rick and Joy Kelley
Rick and Joy Kelley were approved in May 1984 as missionaries under the AMOS Program to work with the American military in Germany. After the draw down of the military in Germany, the Kelleys moved to Korea in September 1994. They served in Korea until relocating to Guam in February 2008. Rick and Joy Kelley retired in August 2020.
