Shari Piercey

Jerry and Shari Piercey were approved as missionaries to Ethiopia in February 1965. The Pierceys were forced to leave Ethiopia after the Communist takeover and resigned in 1978. They were reinstated in 1979 to serve in Kenya until they transitioned to Relief missionaries through the SMORS (Skilled Missionaries Offering Relief Services) in February 2005. Jerry and Shari retired in February 2015.
Jerry graduated in 1958 from the missions course of Baptist Bible College, Springfield, MO. Shari completed the missions course at BBC in 1966.
Jerry Piercey went home to be with the Lord on September 7, 2021.
