Sherran Flippin
Joe and Sherran Flippin were approved as missionaries to Brazil in September 1978, where they served until their resignation in 1989. The Flippins were reinstated as in May 1990.
Joe graduated in 1969 from the missions course of Baptist Bible College, Springfield, MO. Sherran completed the concentrated missions course at BBC. They served their internship at Fellowship Baptist Church in Augusta, ME, where Joe pastored for six years. Joe was ordained at Temple Baptist Church in Brockton, MA in 1973.
Joe went home to be with his Savior on January 26, 2024.
