Vladimir and Debbie Lukyanov
Vladimir and Debbie Lukyanov were approved as missionaries to Russia in May 2003. Due to civil unrest in Russia, they transitioned to serve in Estonia in May 2023. They both graduated in 1999 from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO. They served their internship at Grace Baptist Church in Brookfield, MO. Their sending church is Bible Baptist Church in Alva, OK.
